Returns & Refund Policy

At Nine Lives Longevity, we take product quality and customer safety seriously. Because our products are dietary supplements, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

Refunds or replacements may be considered only for:

  • Products that arrive damaged or broken during shipping

  • Products that are defective

  • Incorrect items sent in error

To qualify, you must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery by emailing care@nineliveslongevity.com.

Proof & Verification

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the damage, defect, or incorrect item

  • A photo of the shipping packaging if it appears damaged in transit

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the information provided and determine whether the order is eligible for a replacement or refund. In some cases, we may request that the product be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.

Returning a Defective or Incorrect Item

If a return is authorized:

  • The product must be shipped back within 10 business days of return approval.

  • The item should include its original packaging when possible.

  • Once the return is received and verified, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5 business days.

If the damage, defect, or fulfillment error is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover or reimburse standard return shipping.

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries or unapproved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging

  • Products without an order number or proof of purchase

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior approval

Refund Processing

Once an eligible return or claim is approved and verified:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after approval or receipt of the returned item, when applicable.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
