Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a subscription or purchase option according to the terms shown at checkout and in their customer account. If an order has already been processed or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled retroactively. For help with cancellations, customers can contact us at care@nineliveslongevity.com.
For subscription orders, cancellations must be made before the next order is processed. Once an order has been processed, our standard return and refund policy applies.
