Shipping Policy – Nine Lives Longevity™

At this time, Nine Lives Longevity™ ships within the United States only.

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and fulfillment volume.

Contiguous U.S. + Washington, D.C.

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Alaska & Hawaii

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Alaska & Hawaii

Free shipping is not currently available for Alaska or Hawaii orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

As we grow, we may expand shipping availability to additional countries and regions. Any updates will be reflected on our website and at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damaged packaging or product.

For damaged or missing-delivered packages, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

For packages that appear lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the last carrier tracking update.

We will review the situation and work with the carrier when appropriate. If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Nine Lives Longevity™ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at care@nineliveslongevity.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
